Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email with:
- Directions to our Las Vegas clinic (inside Xtreme Couture MMA)
- Intake forms
- What to wear and bring
- What to expect during your first visit
Your care with us begins the moment you book—we prepare for your arrival with purpose and precision.
NuPhysical Payment Policy
1️⃣ Credit Card on File – Required for Appointment ConfirmationTo secure and confirm your appointment, we require a valid credit card to be placed on file. This card will not be charged at the time of booking and is not billed until after services are rendered.
- No therapy, no charge.
- The card is stored securely and will only be used in accordance with the policy below.
- We are happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement through your insurer, should your plan allow it.
3️⃣ No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy to respect both your time and our practitioners’.
- No-show fee: Equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled session.
- Exceptions: Consideration may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the clinic.
The fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
4️⃣Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept:
- All major credit and debit cards
- HSA/FSA cards (if applicable)
- Digital receipts provided upon request
