Dr. Carlos Gamero PT, DPT, CSCS, PSP

I went and visited in November and saw Dr.Gamero. I came all the way from Australia to try their unique treatment style and wasnt dissapointed. I had lingering Pain in my Hip Flexors/Lowerback for years. Ive had all kinds of tests on in and saw all specalists from Chriopractors, Osteopaths, masseuses none of them could ever diagnose the issue. Within 5 Minutes Dr. Gamero was able to do what nobody else could and identify the the issue! After a treatment session which made a world of difference he set me up with an at home plan since I was visiting from another country and the difference is incredible If you have an issue that you feel nobody else can fix. I couldnt reccomend Elite OSM and Dr Gamero enough!

Sean Plake did amazing work! Today I woke up feeling immense relief from lingering shoulder pain. His techniques for working with petite clients worked wonders overall, and especially on my knee and hip.

These guys care more about making YouTube videos and selling products than actually treating patients. I had Dr. Gamero. I opened up to him about issues I've had with previous therapist and then he did exactly the same thing. I had several areas that needed attention but wouldn't treat them all in 1 visit...instead would only treat 1 area spread out over 5 $150 visits. He's a joke. I have a since found an amazing therapist; a Vegas native, that treats my whole body every visit for just $50.

It's been months since I've seen Dr. Gamers, but I'm keeping up with the exercises he gave me and life is sustainable. I originally went because I sprained my knee and I had done regular pt on my shoulder but it didn't help. So I said, let's try the place I saw on the youtubes. Months later I'm still using the exercises me taught me and I'm maintaining pain and motion.

Dr. Carlos met with me and a short time later we were working to loosen my tight shoulder. I had limited mobility and within a few moments I had range of motion I haven’t enjoyed in years. I will definitely be back to visit! Thank you for listening and taking the time to help me along my journey.

I came to Dr Gamero with neck and shoulder pain. I was in Vegas for a few days and we worked over 2 sessions. Dr Gamero used various techniques including dry needling on all the tight muscles that are the root cause of the pain. Dr. Carlos Gamero came highly recommended to me to help with my shoulder issues. My first session was eye opening and I've noticed that my range of motion is definitely dramatically improved but more importantly I can do everyday tasks without pain. It's been a long time since I could say that. He also sent me home with my own homework of exercises I can do to make progress between sessions. Dr. Gamero knows his stuff and I'm grateful to have found him.

Highly reccomend Elite OSM both the Vegas and Albuquerque locations. Dr. Gamero in Vegas is awesome! No matter your sport, they can help you. I came in with upper body issues from work and lower body issues from Irish Dance training. Loved the different methods they have to address pain: myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, etc. They also send you home with homework: stretches, rolling, PT and more. They work with alot of athletes, and are super experienced. I live in Seattle and can't come to OSM often but they are worth the trip if you are in Vegas or Albuquerque. The advice and treatment they gave in 2 sessions is going to help me train better with less injuries for months. Check them out!

Carlos does AMAZING work for anyone in need of help, as his therapeutic treatments are like nothing I’ve experienced before. Definitely a great resource!
