I have not been this pain-free in at least six years. I have been active in sports for over three decades.

This was practically my last stop before surgery. I had seen several other doctors and chiropractors who generally wanted to either inject me with something, cut me open, or make popping noises with my body without addressing the actual problems. To make matters worse, my previous doctors would tell me “I would need X amount of appointments to make a difference”, eventually costing me thousands of my hard-earned dollars.

I appreciate the philosophy that Elite OSM has in terms of getting it done in a few appointments, a no-BS approach. You can expect a lot of active body-troubleshooting (I call it), going through motions, and actively correcting/treating and re-evaluating for pain.

I booked a stay in Las Vegas for a few days so I could see Dr. Gamero. My low back pain, after six years, I couldn’t believe was relieved. I could put my palms flat on the floor from standing without pain. Unbelievable. The second day we worked on my left shoulder, which I could not articulate above shoulder height without pain for over a year. This too, was relieved after a single session. When I got back to the hotel, I jumped on video conference to show my friends my progress.

I am back home now, when I got up this morning, I was able to do body weight squats for the first time without pain in a long time. I go through the stretches and release techniques that Dr. Gamero showed me so that I can maintain my benefits at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Gamero or Elite OSM to any of my friends in pain.
