I’ve been living with lower back pain for over 10 years. In the last 5 years, I’ve been to various chiropractors, tried massages, tried osteopathic manipulation, etc. Almost everything did not work. OMT and the pro adjuster were the best modalities, which unfortunately gave me relief for just a few days, and not much more than a week. I was frustrated that my problem kept coming back. I thought, there has to be a way to counteract this. And I found Dr. Gamero. After the first visit, I felt about 70% relief, and my mobility was 95% better. Before this, I was unable to even log roll. The next week, probably 80-85% better. I realized I was actually able to fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer; and I didn’t have to take ibuprofen all week! Third week, I was at maybe 2-3/10 pain (from 7-8 daily). Fourth and fifth weeks, pain was minimal (1 or less); just discomfort and muscle tightness from working out, work, and activities of daily living. Dr. Gamero has amazing attention to detail. He is intent at resolving the problem. Each week, we knocked out different elements that contributed to my pain. He taught me exercises to continue at home to prevent those problems from recurring. I am still impressed that my pain has not gone back to what it was 5 weeks ago. When I start to feel pain, I just go back to the exercises. I finally have faith that I can keep the pain away for good (or at a minimal), and get back in control of my life. Thanks, Dr. Gamero
